Staff was rude. Help gathered and chatting in the hall most the time. My rum dudnt get cleaned. Front desk left chat without a word.. disappeared. Wantv to desk said he had to do somthing.. how rude is that? Internet is AT&T and patchy..slow compared to the hotell chain down the road.

Great staff, nice location

This hotel is advertised as a resort, but to my knowledge only has a fitness center and outdoor pool (with hot tub). Halls are carpeted and keep the building quiet at night, but it's hard to pull a suitcase on the carpet. On-site restaurant - high prices, average food. I was not thrilled with the menu or food quality. There is room service. The hotel is in 2 connected buildings, and to get from the lobby to the 5th floor (2nd building) requires quite a hike and 2 elevators. So if you have trouble walking while carrying your luggage, try to get a room in the front building. The hotel has a forest on the back side, which is pretty. Staff is helpful and responsive. Bed and bedding is very comfy, and some of the pillows appear to be goose down.
