Lovely stay

by boro27

I had already asked if we could leave our bags at the hotel as check in was not until 1600hrs, I think. Arrived at 1400hrs and we were able to check in. The one thing I would fault the reception staff on was not telling us where the pool was at check in.

Room was lovely. 2 Queen beds for three of us. So lovely. Could have stolen the mattresses. Plenty of storage space and able to put our bags in a corner. We had two wheelie bags and one suitcase so was grand. If three suitcases, might not be so much.

Restaurant. All three of us happy with our choices. The exception was Sunday when we waited nearly an hour for our meal. No apology or anything. Unacceptable. The fish and chips were just lovely. My son love the chicken tenders. They were to be the bench mark for chicken tenders during our stay.

Reception staff lovely and very helpful. I put money in to get washing powder to do my washing .Got nothing. Told reception staff, just to let them know, and the woman had washing powder there and gave me two for my inconvenience. Was great as had put two dollars in.

Would happily stay here again. A tip, if you are coming by the metro / subway / tube, at the entrance to the station go right and then either cross at the lights and go right or just go right and there is the hotel.

Nice rooms and good location!

We booked this room because of the hotel's location, it was perfect for visiting Boston. The hotel was recently renovated and it looks good! The lobby has a fresh and modern feeling to it and so did the room. It was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed! We left our rental in the free parking lot at the hotel and took an Uber to the city to visit. This was the easiest way!
