Classicly modern, well appointed. Very nice

The staff is very friendly and helpful. All of the amenities are located at the TownCentre building (except the movie & board game rental - they're at the front desk). 4 lane bowling alley looks rarely used. Nice warm inside pool, and beautiful fitness equipment (didn't use it, but looks great). Activities are nice! Painting, making slime, build-a-bear, chocolate making, soap making. The suites are beautiful.

Great stay ?? You decide

My family and I arrived on Dec. 9, 2018 in the midst of the snow storm. It took us 6 hours for a 2.5 trip. The VIP personnel called several times as I was driving to enquire if we were still coming because of t he storm and they were leaving early. I can understand that, I asked what would be the best exit to take. The lady said exit 243, during the conversation she said exit 234, I asked her again which was the best exit because she gave me two different exits. She said exit 243, is the best, mind you, it's snowing, cars in ditches, tractor trailer ran us off the road, we were able to ride the shoulder till he passed. I had been there before and remembered it was around the corner from the Pottery. I took that exit and came directly to the resort in a matter of minutes. Exit 243 is about 6 or so miles past the Resort. The location was great, the décor of the rooms are really nice. My sister was in the Villa next door, the walls are paper thin. She called me and told me word for word every word I said to my parents whom travelled with me. She was sitting in her bedroom. I was not happy about that, you decide. During my travel to the resort the VIP check-in personnel wanted to schedule an owners update, it's snowing, I'm struggling to stay on the road. Really?
I said I wanted to rest, no owners update, Monday and Tuesday I received calls to schedule owners update meetings. Not happy about that either. You decide......The family above us, had heavy feet and were early risers. I stayed in room two, which had 2 twin beds, I wasn't expecting that. I thought I would fall out the bed, I'm not a big girl, rather small, was very careful about turning during the night.
