Reviews

Lucked out!

by Ashley P

This place is so nice! We last minute booked and got a handicap king! The breakfast is great staff is great and most of all the hot tub is so nice and hot after your hikes! They have a heated pool with an arch grotto and fire pit. Stay here!

Disappointing Experience

by G S

I booked this room for a guided mountain biking trip. The mountain biking in the area is 5 stars! This property is 1 star. I was very disappointed with this experience.

My advice to management:

-Help your front desk and other employees act friendly and professional, as is the general standard in the hospitality industry. If current employees are incapable of clear, friendly communication, find new employees. Our dining and other entertainment experiences in Moab were filled with friendly people. Utahans are generally friendly folk, and your employees did a poor job of reflecting that. Without getting into the specifics, I can say that it was primarily my poor interactions with front desk that earned this poor review. This was compounded by the fact that management never followed up with my specific concern, as I was told would happen.

-Update your mattresses. My mattress was on its last leg. It was clearly very worn.

-Figure out a way to accommodate more guests in your breakfast area. I can't even comment on the food, because it was so busy every one of the four mornings I was there that I didn't even attempt eating.

I've stayed at many IHG properties. This one is an outlier. My advice to those traveling to Moab is to pass on this property. There are many Moab hotels that offer better service and are closer to restaurants.
