Great staff assistance

I want to give a shout out to Amy and Dia at the Dothan Holiday Inn Express for being so helpful with our check-in and diligent coordination with our reservation issue stemming from the other Holiday Inn changing hands just prior to our arrival. Amy spent a lot of time getting our reservation transferred, and Dia was excellent at getting us checked in. Thanks ladies!!!!

My husband and I had a very nice stay here. Our room was clean and welcoming; as other guests have stated, our beds were especially comfy. While all the staff we encountered were very nice, I have to give a shout out to Will at breakfast. I am retired from customer service, and when I meet someone who embodies the finest qualities of service I must commend them. Will doesn't just meet guests' expectations, he exceeds them. He is warm, professional, efficient and obviously really CARES about his guests. (In addition, we loved his sense of humor!).
