Had an unexpected night in STL due to weather. So glad I picked this place. Staff are all above and beyond amazing. It's clean, immaculate. The room was up to date and so comfortable. Lots of amenities. Love love love it here. Wish I could give 20 stars. Thank you!

PrePaid Room, Platinum Member and they turned us away

Wow- I’ve been a IHG member for years and did not know this could happen. If you over book DONT give away a prepaid members room!! Then they referred us to another holiday inn across town (this is all at 1 am) and they knew NOTHING!! So another hour!!!!! Super disappointed. And after a long flight . . .
We had already booked a room for the return trip(Pre-paid) so we had to stay here on our way back :( That night was also disappointing. You would think they would have resongized us as Platinum members at a minimum.
