OK if you are visiting the O2.

by clairesparkes

We booked this hotel for its location to the O2 as the Intercontinental had increased their prices for the weekend of the Cher concerts. It was about 10 minute walk to the arena - parking was £12.00 for 24 hours. Rooms were ok, a bit sterile and we did not want to spend much time in the room. Although it had everything you need, not much creature comfort. The bathroom has been very cleverly designed and is very very small. Breakfast was a bit of a let down - it is included in the room price but in hindsight we would not of bothered - it felt like a cheap all inclusive - self service and a bit of a 'bun fight' - the cooked food kept on running out and it took 10 minutes to replenish - they clearly could not keep up with the demand of some of the hungry clients!! Also we struggled to get a table. Good location - but nothing more. Book the intercontinental if you want a great hotel with luxury service.

Not impressed

We chose this hotel as an overnight stay while visiting London was a bit disappointed.
It was supposed to be a 5 minute walk from Greenwich station but was more like 15-20 mins. The room was ok,bed was comfortable.we decided to have evening meal there as it was raining and we’d done enough walking already inLondon but was very disappointed of the very limited menu so didn’t bother ordering had a drink then went to the Chinese restaurant next door which wasn’t that great either.
Breakfast wasn’t that great, didn’t have tomatoes or mushrooms which is nice with a fried breakfast, orange juice was warm.
Wouldn’t stay here again.
