Reviews

Not customer oriented

Except for the location, almost everything else was not up to expectations.
Shopping mall and metro are minutes away and there is a walking strip lined with trees all the way to the independence monument and park right outside the hotel.
The room was very spacious but old looking and the carpets and sofa were dusty.
On the first morning, wake up call came in 40 minutes earlier than requested and, on the second morning, it was 10 minutes too early.
It was raining very heavily in the evening and when asked for an umbrella, the staff just said 'we don't have umbrellas'- expressionless. After sending come clothes for laundry in the morning and not getting them back in the evening, there was no information provided until when asked, they informed that I had to pay first. After paying at the reception, instead of sending the clothes to the room, they asked me to wait for them at the reception- and they came hung instead of folded as instructed.
At the entrance to the breakfast area, a staff checked the breakfast coupon on both mornings in a manner that reminded you of a security check at the airport.
