We spent one night here while in Torrington for a sports event. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, plenty of food since it wasn't very busy when we were in there. When we first pulled in and saw that the hotel was very near the railroad tracks we were worried about the noise, but we were on the back side of the hotel and never heard any train noise at all. Would recommend this hotel.

The housekeeping staff does a great job with a facility that needs updating badly. The front desk woman, Timi, was very helpful as well. I am including pictures that will show why I am saying the place needs upgrades! Cannot recommend this location; it was the most expensive hotel of our road trip and in the worst shape.
