Extended family staycation

Fantastic experience! We wanted a fun night with our kids, spouses and 9 grandkids (ages 1 to 11) and this was the perfect place! We had great time in the water park, had pizza and other food right at our table in the pool area so the kids could eat and head back to the fun. All the cousins slept in various rooms which made it extra fun for them. In the morning there was a delicious buffet where all the kids ate free!
The best part was 2 months before this took place. My wife and I drove over to the hotel and spoke with Ashley about what we wanted to do. She worked with us about an hour, showing us rooms, showing us the water park and even working with us to figure out which cousin should sleep in which room. I was so amazed that she cared enough to help us to this extent! She was cheerful, caring, funny and so accommodating! If I was Holiday Inn, I would immediately promote her to corporate training...she was the best!

I travel to MN frequently for work and it’s now one less thing I need to do is determine where I stay when visiting. The IHG property is centrally located and its surrounded by convenience of other services (food, gas, etc.), the staff is always friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean and quiet after a long day.
