Great location in the French Quarter

We attended our son and daughter-in-law's wedding here. Front desk and concierge gave us wonderful service. We could walk to everything in the French Quarter.There's a nice sitting area in the lobby where you can watch the world go by or meet up with friends and family.

Property denied I had a reservation even when I showed it to them

Arrived at the property having booked about ten days before and was told they had no record of my reservation. Called the reservations number who tried to intervene on my behalf and spoke to the property. Still denied I had any booking.
Perhaps as it was at about $136 and they were selling for over $300 that night.
