It pains me to write this review because I love this place so much, and I want to keep it all to myself! But, I have to be honest, I enjoy this hotel very much. The rooms are extremely clean and everyone here from the front desk to the restaurant staff to housekeeping (especially housekeeping) are nice, professional and accommodating. The location is great and there’s so much to do nearby. If you are planning a trip to Niagara Falls, this is a great place to stay.

I stayed 1 night here for a conference and had a great experience. The check-in was quick and thorough. My king room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again. Note: parking is free at the hotel - a real bonus!
