Was a good stay for the night. Had a free night certificate which is nice you avoid the ridiculous and stupid “resort fee”. Still stuck paying parking at 15$ a night. The biggest rip offs in the hotel industry is resort fees and parking. I’ll stop by tangent here but stop with the resort fees. It’s a rip off and if you’re a member of the loyalty program you get the stuff included. RIP OFF!
Anyways, really just stayed for the night. Got in around 10pm and left at 7 am. Bed was comfy. Pillows soft. Shower warm. Cold AC.
I’d definitely stay again if it wasn’t for the resort fee.
Overall it did the trick for what I needed being a safe bed. Very good
My family and I stayed here Aug ‘19. This is a good affordable hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Disney. The Disney perks of booking fast passes 90 days ahead of time, free shuttle buses to parks, extra magic hours make this hotel a really worthy stay. Clean rooms, and really comfy beds! Pool was a nice break from park days. Cookies and lemonade was a nice treat every day at 4pm. Location is great.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the reception staff, we found them not very helpful nor friendly. However the bell boys (not sure of their names) were extremely helpful and friendly. I have to make a special mention to a couple of staff at breakfast. Eleazor (i hope of have spelt that right) was very kind and took care of us every morning and especially Said, nothing was ever too much for him. He is a true asset to the hotel, he took the time to learn our names and was a lovely friendly face to see every morning. We only wish the front desk had given us this personal service.
