I spent two nights here over veteran’s day weekend. Because of a booking mistake (on our part) I ended up needing to move rooms. The staff knew I was moving rooms. Did nothing to prioritize the cleaning of the room I was going to stay in, which could have easily been done. Check out time is 11, and check in is 4. That is a wide window and there was no reason for my room to be delayed like this. I checked with them repeatedly on when the room would be done so they knew I was waiting. There was no apology nor did they take any action to try to get the room cleaned after any of the times I inquired. In fact they were super rude raised their voices and said: well check in time isn’t until 4. No duh. If I was a brand new check in I get it but what terrible customer service for some one already at the hotel. Shame on you! These people do not belong in hospitality. Go work at the DMV with that attitude. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour till some one finally cleaned the room. No apology for the wait and no attempt to make my wait less painful in any way. I won’t be back to a holiday inn any time soon that’s for sure. You shouldn’t bother either.

Hot tub was was hot but the water jets seemed dysfunctional in that water just bubbled out. Clean room, nice bedding with a variety of pillows. The furniture seemed worn. The a/c worked very well and quiet. The bad was seasonal workers doing repairs on the buildings and they smoked everywhere. So much for a NO smoking facility.
