This hotel is not what it appears to be and doesn't look the pictures. We are from Florida and wanted a place to stay just for the three days since we were going to one of the parks. The room was horrible! Rooms was very dark, no door on the bunk room, bathroom was dark lights bulbs were half burnt out, no towel bars in the bathroom, floor dirty and gross. The couch in the room was half broken down, smelled like a wet dog. My daughter found toenail clippings in her sheets!! They never came to change the beds. We put a sign on the bed requesting such and they never did. The carts for the linens were left outside on the walkway. We walked by them everyday on our way out to the elevator, where anyone could touch them. I guess it served it's purpose since we were at the park pretty much the whole weekend we only were there to sleep but you still want to feel clean and this place was definitely not!
Super nice spacious clean suites, the service is is great(we called for extra blankets they were there within minutes) Holiday Inn Suites has really stepped up there game!
Way nicer than we expected, we were just looking for a waterpark hotel and were not expecting rooms to be anything special but we got so much more.
