Exceptional

Stayed here a few nights while having floors redone. Great pet friendly property. Outstanding customer service from all staff. No free breakfast ( that usually aren’t that good anyway) will defiantly stay at another Even when traveling.

Very nice facility, just a few hiccups

The hotel is new, modern and clean. The facility is definitely A+. The AC unit could be operated with the fan continuously running, which really helps deafen noise (kids in room on top of us kept slamming the toilet seat). This was one of the few American hotels I've been in that had dispensers in the shower rather than trial sizes of the toiletries. I loved that, EXCEPT the bottles were almost empty and we barely had enough for our showers. We stayed there more than a night and asked the maid to refill the containers. Only some of them were refilled. The hot water was not very hot. I think they could have increased the temperate about 5 degrees. Finally, my biggest beef was with the hotel breakfast. It was not free, they charged us $12 which we didn't find out until after we'd helped ourselves unfortunately. The thing about a $12 breakfast is that it really needs to be better than the free breakfast down the road at the neighboring hotel, and this breakfast was NOT AT ALL better than that free breakfast down the road. There was hot food, but if you wanted cereal you had to go to the snack area and buy it for additional $$. If you wanted just a light breakfast, $12 for a bagel is outrageous. We were there for more than a night and went to local restaurants for breakfast thereafter (spending less than $12 per meal and having much better quality food).
