This hip, remodeled 1930’s boutique hotel is a local favorite for its eclectic lobby, large outdoor veranda and Tap Room restaurant featuring craft beers and frozen tropical cocktails. In the center of downtown, the Hollander Hotel provides easy access to attractions like the Dali Museum, Tropicana Field and The Museum of Fine Art, via a short walk or free trolley.

A new deck and swimming pool were recently put in. Shaded cabanas are great for keeping little ones out of the sun. The onsite spa provides organic hair care and holistic wellness services, such as massage, skincare and Reiki. A gourmet coffee shop is in the lobby, for those that love their java.

Double Queen Suites are best for families. They come equipped with a fridge, microwave, walk-in closet and flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is included. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available.

Terrific Guest Service

by Bradley H

My wife and I have been here for two days, and have had interactions with four front desk team members, and staff from both bars (poolside and indoor). Every member of the Hollander staff has been genuinely helpful and kind, which in my experience with hotels is a very pleasant surprise. We booked our first night on hotels.com and our second and third nights with a wedding group so we knew going in that we were going to have to switch rooms after our first night. I was worried we were going to have to stress about moving our large amount of luggage around and have it held at the front desk and move it back and forth and be a big hassle. I went to the front desk and spoke to Will, and asked if it would be possible to move directly from one room to the other. He was very helpful and said to check with him in a little while and he would see if he could make it happen. Thirty minutes later he called me and informed me that he had a poolside room for us to check in to so we didn’t have to worry about being in limbo with so much luggage. Will went above and beyond to help me out and make my day stress free and it was greatly appreciated. I never write reviews on anything but having had so many positive interactions with all of the staff here and Will greatly improving my experience here when he definitely didn’t have, I felt it necessary to recognize his and all of the Hollander staff’s excellent work. Thank you to them for making our stay such a positive experience

Great Boutique Hotel

We had a wedding group that had over 30 rooms in early Nov. EVERYONE enjoyed their stay at Hollander. The management was helpful, the service staff friendly and efficient, the lobby bar was very cool, the small café had excellent pastries and cappuccinos, and the Sunday breakfast buffet was good and reasonable. The courtesy van came in handy for dozens of guests over the weekend, myself 3 times. The hotel is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping, and craft breweries, and the local concert venue. We started the first night at the poolside bar, sitting on a sectional by the pool in the evening. A common phrase throughout the weekend was "I'll meet you by the fire in the lobby" ( with eclectic interesting furniture & art), or "I'll be waiting on one of the front porch couches". Coffee, drinks, or breakfast on the grand front porch sets this hotel apart. This is a "boutique" hotel, so rooms are a tad small, a modern wall a/c unit works well, the floors are wood, and it all adds 'atmosphere'. There are larger rooms facing the pool that have elevated verandas, very nice. 5-stars!
