Attention to the details

by EagleDave13207

We had a short, 4 day visit to Oaxaca and stayed here for the first time. The location was perfect for us and the staff was friendly and efficient. All was clean and in top condition.
We were impressed with the elevator [new] especially since the 3rd floor room would have provided a challenge during our visit. Our room was a little small with 2 double beds [1 would have been better for access to the closet] but otherwise no complaints at all. P.S. the private AC was welcome.
Some English mixed with the Spanish was helpful but not necessary. Our room was an interior one - no view but all there is in the city is street or courtyard options really. It was fine. The restaurant had a good breakfast and lunch but don't know about a buffet, per say.

Souless

by Heydread

Although in a fantastic location this hotel was dull and souless, rooms tired, no windows oh yes a tiny tiny one in the bathroom and had no life. I couldn’t wait to get out of my room. Although I speak Spanish 98% of the staff do not speak English, how are you going to cater to your international clients?? Thankfully won’t be coming back to this hotel. Awful
