I just completed a 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel..was such a suprise to find this pearl of a hotel..the staff very pleasant and helpful...the lobby very cosy to sit and relax.. and bar provides hot Coca tea 24 hours for people with altitude sickness.the room was ultra modern... extremely clean and well maintained..we had a room on 6 floor with views of city..I really felt at home here and highly recommend

Thanks to all the staff who made our week long stay memorable: the doormen who went out of their way to help us, the front desk, Rubendario the shy, Erickson in the dining room, the man who cleaned our room - we started to miss you as soon as we left for Puno! This hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's only a 5 soles taxi ride to Plaza de las Armas, and once you're in the city center, you begin to appreciate not staying there every night.
