We'll be back!

by Jenny W

I must admit that after reading a few negative reviews I was hesitant to stay here but the location was perfect for our needs so I took the plunge! I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel is! From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out we experienced elegance and attention to detail everywhere. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel employees we came in contact with were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room couldn't have been better. It was beautifully appointed and spacious. The towels and sheets were amazing - soft and plush. There was even a monogrammed bath mat! We felt as though we were in the lap of luxury and will most definitely stay there when we visit Seattle again in August!

Perfect location in Ballard

We were planning on spending time at the Nordic Museum, so the 1/2 mile walk made the location just right. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff helpful even in the great Seattle snow storm. We left the car parked in the Hotel garage and just ubered downtown which was cheaper and less hassle than driving and parking. I already have reservations for my next trip
