The Hotel Ballard is situated in Ballard, a trendy neighborhood in Seattle that’s known for its restaurants, record stores, and boutiques. It’s also close to the Ballard Locks, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Seattle, and a short distance from Golden Gardens Park, a fantastic beach on Puget Sound complete with a playground, fire pits, and picnic areas.
The hotel, while luxurious, welcomes families with spacious rooms and suites that include free Wi-Fi. Mini-fridges and cribs are available upon request.

We stayed here because of its close proximity to the VW dealer where we to have our car serviced. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel and staff are. Exceptionally cLean and comfortable. With its association with Olympic Health Club, this is a must stay for those I
Who do not want to miss their morning work out. Located in Ballard it is convenient to numerous restaurants, movies, shops etc. Really a great location. The rooms are very nice, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

My husband and I had planned and saved to celebrate his birthday in Ballard and we picked this place because of the reviews. The cost for the courtyard suite was hefty but we anticipated getting our money’s worth. The best part about the room was the bathroom. It was beautiful and spacious. The tub and shower were awesome! The bed, not so much. It was horribly uncomfortable and made for a sleepless stay. We were there for two nights so that was a significant set back. The cost of the room had us prepared to bring food to eat most meals in however I was extremely disappointed to discover that the mini fridge was not included in the room and was in fact an extra cost. For the price, I was disappointed that the fridge was not included in the cost. We love Ballard and had planned on making this our spot for a getaway from our six kiddos but we won’t be coming back.
