With views across the water of the the La Maddalena Archipelago and the island of Caprera, this 5-star hotel resort is an oasis of calm in the north of Sardinia. Hotel Capo D’Orso is located between two beaches, both sheltered from the wind with solariums on sundecks and hammocks strung between the juniper trees.
Rooms feature free Wi-Fi and Sky TV, and every stay includes free parking, evening live music and an open-air gym. A pitch and putt golf course, tennis courts, horse riding stables and more activities will supplement your beachfront and poolside tranquility.
Junior suites and a family room provides balconies, incredible local furnishings and bedding for four to five guests, and the half-board option is inclusive of breakfast and dinner.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and amazing food. If you enjoy holidays which are peaceful and relaxing - then this is the place for you. The evening buffet has a great range of food of exceptional quality and the waiters are very friendly. Claudio & Rosa deserve a special mention for being extremely kind to me and my family. They would often make a special effort to make me & my brother a 'takeaway breakfast' when we went out on morning activities. The bar, pool side and reception staff were also great.
The only thing I would advise is that if you are travelling to this hotel then it is worth having a car. Sardinia is very beautiful and to fully witness this you will need a car to get around. Being in a peaceful location has its perks but also its flaws.
Thank you to all the staff for a great holiday.
This is the only resort we have ever come back to again because it is so great! The location is beautiful, the food is over-the-top amazing, service is great, people are nice.
To sit by the ocean and just relax is a real pleasure. We also took a sailing cruise to Corsica which was a lot of fun.
Its such a great resort because you never seem to see much of anyone even though they are there
My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is terrible
We consider Capo D'Orso to be our place and will come back again as much as we can.
