Just a half-mile from an entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, Hotel Costa Verde affords stunning views of the foliage, wildlife and ocean below. But our favorite part — and the hotel’s biggest claim to fame — is the 727 Fuselage Home, a 1965 Boeing 727 airframe. The airplane suite offers enough room for six guests, making it perfect for families. It has a kitchenette and ocean view terrace as well. The hotel also has a Cockpit Cottage for two guests (grandparents?), and a variety of houses and bungalows.
The hotel has several dining options onsite, and guests can arrange excursions from the property. Popular outings include ziplining, sea kayaking, horseback riding, catamaran tours and of course, adventures in Manuel Antonio National Park.

I absolutely love this hotel! If you came to Costa Rica to see animals, you should stay here. We saw 3 kinds of monkeys, toucans, and even a sloth! Their slogan “more monkeys than people” is true. The sloth liked to hangout in the tree behind the adult pool bar and the toucans were frequently in a tree outside of the Costa Verde II building. You could see them when walking to the adult pool. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in bungalow E5 and the view was outstanding!

The first night we stayed here we were in a room near the reception with no view, but that was ok because that’s what we paid for.
The second night however we got 10 in zone B. Omg! The view is amazing! What a way to finish the holiday!
The staff are great. The guy on reception when we arrived was amazing and efficient. Who ever decided to give us this room. Thank you.
Added bonus you get a lift to a great restaurant called Avion which has a old plane in the middle of it. Defo go there! Staff are great! View again to die for.
If I could I would give this 6 stars just because of the view.
