Just a half-mile from an entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, Hotel Costa Verde affords stunning views of the foliage, wildlife and ocean below. But our favorite part — and the hotel’s biggest claim to fame — is the 727 Fuselage Home, a 1965 Boeing 727 airframe. The airplane suite offers enough room for six guests, making it perfect for families. It has a kitchenette and ocean view terrace as well. The hotel also has a Cockpit Cottage for two guests (grandparents?), and a variety of houses and bungalows.
The hotel has several dining options onsite, and guests can arrange excursions from the property. Popular outings include ziplining, sea kayaking, horseback riding, catamaran tours and of course, adventures in Manuel Antonio National Park.

I booked the cockpit cottage online through their website at a great rate for my honeymoon. I then had an email from the reservation team two days later saying our reservation wasn't confirmed, that the room was already booked, and we couldnt have the original rate on another room!
I asked to talk to a manager and he cancelled my reservation with out my asking him to. We are so heartbroken and outraged by the service we received.
It was going to be a surprise for my husband who is in Iraq right now. I am so disappointed in this hotel.
Josh, Jodi and I, (Doreen) stayed at Hotel Costa Verde in the world famous 727 Fuselage Airplane room. It was amazing. We enjoyed every bit of our stay between the Anaconda Restaurant on Site to the amazing staff at the hotel and all of the associated restaurants. El Wagon, La Cantina BBQ and world famous El Avion plane restaurant. All of the grounds is well maintained and we saw Howler, squirrel and white faced monkeys and Tucans. Check in and say hi to Marcelo and all of the staff. Thanks for the great stay.
