Love the pool!

by Jim S

We have stayed at Hotel Granada several times. The rooms are large. After a hot walk around town, we loved coming to the cool, dark rooms and catching a nap. The pool is the best we have seen in our six months in Central America. The cool, dark corridors made us think we had stepped back into another era, what fun! We look forward to returning and enjoying the other venues in Granada.

Beautiful hotel, horrible service

by Anna G

Our organization recently booked a conference in Hotel Granada. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, they have a lot to learn about customer service. It started out on a bad note when they notified us that they'd overbooked the hotel and didn't have the full number of rooms we'd reserved, even though we'd made our reservation well in advance. Some of our conference attendees ended up having to stay down the street at a different hotel. Most of the food provided was mediocre with the exception of breakfast, which was bad, not at all what I'd expect from a hotel that is supposed to be high quality. The rooms were on the smaller side and the sheets and towels need to be replaced. The best things about Hotel Granada are the building, pool area, and the location, everything else wasn't up to the standard most would expect for their price range. There are much better options in Granada.
