Mrs. Rauseo

I would like to say that Romy Aguilar is an angel. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciated it more than she will ever know. She’s honest and trustworthy and such a dedicated employee. I lost a very important bracelet in the restaurant in the hotel and I left not knowing it. I realized it an hour later & immediately called the hotel & the call was transferred to Romy. She searched high and low in the restaurant not even knowing where I sat. She found the bracelet and held it for me in a sealed envelope over night. Thank you Romy for being such a trustworthy person and for saving the day!

Honestly, beautiful hotel but the hallways smelled so badly of mold to the point I was honestly worried about mold disease. Something really needs to be done about this. It's too nice a hotel to have this problem and the second the elevator door opened, you couldn't get way from the smell.
