Really disappointed by this place after reading all the great reviews it's had. The staff are all super friendly and very helpful but it's fairly typical of a hotel owned by IHG group, in need of refurbishment, and having stayed in a few of them they all seem to have the same problem. Booked a Perada suite which proved to be a complete waste of money as they have the worst views in the hotel despite the description on the hotel website which is very misleading the suite we had certainly had no view of the pool or sea.

The rooms are very dated and in need of a makeover and wouldn't rate them as 5 star, the balcony we had just looked back onto other rooms so virtually no view at all, however they did offer to move us to one of the villas at the back of the hotel . They advertise this as a beach hotel but the beach is very dirty with stray dogs wandering everywhere not impressed at all and generally we thought the resort was dirty and very unkempt.
Overall a very underwhelming experience

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was fantastic! I am talking about the environment so beautiful with this spacious lobby and the secret pool. Our spot was the SugarSand beach club which is perfect to have breakfast, fantastic food, perfect view.
The room are spacious and decorated wonderful way.
The staff is friendly, helpful and will go beyond your expectations.
More particularly big thank you to Trian from the main restaurant, Andre and Dewa from Treebar, Rusmini from Salon Bali and Michele and Mei from SugarSand all of them were fantastic, friendly and were taking care of us. You all have been amazing. We will definitely come back, we found our paradise in Bali.
