Irresponsible staff

Based on others reviews, I selected this hotel and made a booking online, but as and when I entered the hotel there was no staff to attend to us and once the room was allotted we had a malfunctioning telephone and a tv with screen errors. This is not how a hotel is run.

Great hotel

This is a great place to base yourself whilst in Seminyak! The grounds are beautiful with pool and deck chairs available to chill out but also great location to visit other areas of seminyak! Rooms are big and spacey... Staff are very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us when we had an issue - breakfast is great too!
