Dirty, cold, no hot water, dirty towels. Remove this hotel from this list please, because it's worse than anything.

Nasty, dirty, no hot water, dirty smelly towels, no working tv, no phones. Wrong advertising. Wrong.just disgusting. I had to call someone to find me a better hotel at my first night. Thank God i knew someone who came over and found me casa andina. Clean this hotel up, or remove it from this list. It's nasty

Very friendly hotel

I am giving five stars, because I do believe that people writing a lower review on this hotel aren't fair. The hotel is what you pay for... It's not attractive and Wi-Fi isn't working in all the rooms. BUT the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, since day one they helped me to get settled in this high altitude and on my last day received breakfast to the table made only for me as all other guests have already eaten and there was no food left. I greatly appreciate stay in this hotel.
