With a stay at Hotel Mulberry, you’ll be centrally located downtown. The hotel is convenient to Pace University and the Brooklyn Bridge. It is also close to One World Trade Center and Ellis Island, right in the heart of the Lower East Side of downtown Manhattan, where Chinatown meets Little Italy. It’s right by a selection of restaurants, trendy shops and cultural and historic points of interest that kids will love, too. Tours and ticket assistance are available at the front desk.
The air-conditioned hotel has 34 rooms featuring refrigerators, as well as complimentary wireless internet, free bottled water, daily housekeeping and LCD TVs with satellite programming for your kids’ entertainment. Kids will enjoy having a computer station in the lobby. Rollaway/extra beds are available for $50 per night.
Families who enjoy eating onsite will have access to the hotel’s three coffee shops/cafés, as well as free breakfast.

Beautiful hotel managed efficiently by a friendly staff. The rooms are large and very clean, and across the street is a unique park that is obviously a gathering place for the community. The rooms are quiet, and the breakfast is also good. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I can’t think of a single thing that needs improving. From now on, I will be looking at this one first.
Mulberry is a new hotel with friendly reliable service, has an amazing roof top pool, bar and restaurant and has spacious rooms and bathrooms. The corner suites have great views of Kathmandu. The breakfast buffet is tasty with many choices.
