We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights on a HolyLand tour with Bridges for Peace.
Room was fine, service and staff very helpful and good - special mention to Tarik who was very helpful and just a great guy. food ok
I was part of a tour of Israel which included 4 nites in Jerusalem. I was with 7 of my friends who all shared this review. The room was satisfactory. However the famous “Israeli breakfast” the we all heard about was very disappointing here. The food was served cold everyday. The service was abominable. We asked that a spill at our table be cleaned up. Our several requests to different workers were all ignored until we found the manager.
