Great employees!

by Nah R

The Staff are amazing, they are very polite and organized. The rooms are clean and comfortable ! The breakfast is great.
I have a problem with the bathroom and they resolved as soon as I asked !
It is around 10 minutes from downtown and the taxi is always 5 or 6 soles.
I absolutely recommend this hotel !

small, budget

Simple, small, clean, motel quality ( but not a motel ) good for short-time stay. Small rooms, shared bathroom, but everything is quiet. The is not Historical Centro, but residential area. I found it secure even at night ( which is not quite true for every area outside in Cuzco ). The Historical Center 10 minutes away on taxi, taxis are cheap and easily available in Cuzco ( 5-6 soles one way, i.e 2$), the budget price of hotel compensates well. On return some drivers don't know exactly the location, you need to show them the map that hotel stuff will provide for you. I found it to be of no problem. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They speak little English, but generally they can understand you in most cases and try to be very helpful. Contrary to what cheapoair website said, they don't have safe box, not in the room, nor lobby. But this is a family run hotel, they are all one family, and I felt secure leaving my money and documents inside my bag. Nothing happened. They provide pick up in the airport, I would recommend it. They have not a real restaurant, but few tables, where you can order sandwiches, coffee etc. There are not many restaurants around, I found only one, two streets away. But again, you can easily get to the city center and choose what you want. Food in Cuzco is good and not expensive. To order tours, or change money, you need to go to the Center too, that's some of inconvenience, but really small.
Generally, you come to Cuzco not to stay much inside hotel, but to go around, see places. For this purpose this small hotel is convenient place to sleep.
