wishing for something better

room was a little dirty, not the view i was hoping and paying for. everyone in my family complained about the pillows and had sore necks in the morning. we have stayed there before many times and was disappointed to see that the service has slipped.

Exceptional Location and Service (And view!!)

by Arimoskowitz

The location alone (across the street from Ferry Building) is awesome.

The bed was super comfortable and I liked buying food at the Ferry Building and then hanging out in my room with coffee and pastries. I also had dinner one night at Americano. Would definitely recommend the spaghetti. I know it sounds basic, but it's not.

I received excellent service. Special shout-out to Dennis, Anna, and Steven who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Also, my waitress was excellent (at dinner) but I didn't get her name.

It was my first time staying, and I'll be back.
