Excellent value for:money staff polite friendly and helpful, locations really good, restaurants pubs bistros, tube station 5 minutes walk away, tower of London, tower bridge, bus tours and boat trips on the door step,Hyde park walking distance,Big Ben Houses of Parliament all a 10 minute walk

The room was clean, compact and did the job. First time I’ve used the hub and was impressed. Everything you need in one very compact space - not sure it would work well for a claustrophobic but was workable. Breakfast especially for London was excellent value £5 for fruit, OJ, coffee and hot cheese toastie or porridge. Staff friendly and attentive. Underground easily accessible and great for business links. Would stay again for leisure as well as business - book direct and early for cheaper rates.
