My wife and I were in town for a conference being held at this hotel. We had never stayed here before, so we really wasn’t sure what to expect, but it truly is a great place to stay. I just can’t say enough about the people who work here, and I mean that for everyone one we met from the time we pulled up to check in, to the time we left. We were greeted with smiles, starting with the valet service, to the restaurant staff, to the staff that cleaned our room, even staff we just met in the hallway and lobby, basically everyone! The gentleman who checked us in was so nice and was able to change us to a different room that fit us better at no extra charge. Everyone was so friendly and everyone we met and talked to, just made us feel so welcomed there. The rooms were really nice and the location was great too, but the staff was first class for sure!!! Thanks Hyatt for making our working vacation an awesome experience!!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to fully enjoy my stay. The pool area is the perfect escape from the craziness of Canal St/Bourbon St. The hotel is beautifully located and maintained. My only complaint was my room cleanliness, I am sure it has seen its fair share of good times but it looked like it. Mystery stains all around and furniture seemed well loved. Housekeeping did their best to clean once I arrived and took it with stride. This property is well worth the stay.
