Great location !

by Peter C

The Hyatt was in a great location, within a few minutes walk of several great restaurants, shops and bars. The staff was helpful and the hotel was beautiful. Any time I needed to call a Lyft or Uber it was there within only a few minutes.

This is Hyatt?

I recently had a terrible experience here. When I checked in, I was told that I could not get the room I had requested because the hotel was full. I believe that this was not true. Then i had no hot water. When I complained, I was told that this was a widespread problem and that I was preaching to the choir. It was never fixed. Then, much to my surprise on my second night there was a music gala which was very loud and kept me up. This was totally ridiculous and I think Hyatt should be ashamed to treat guests like this.
