Like a jewel box, the Hyatt Regency Greenville sparkles near the Greenville-action with a surprisingly reasonable price tag. The pretty hotel sits an easy 12-minute walk to the Peace Center and 14-minutes to Falls Park on the Reedy. A stay at the Hyatt also means you’re right next door to a pizza and wine bar and across the street from sub sandwiches.
The 327 guestrooms and suites span eight floors and offer standard rooms with a king or two doubles; with king suites delivering more square footage, views of the Blue Ridge Mountains or the eight-story atrium, or a full panoramic views. The Atrium Suite is particularly suited for families at 950 square feet with a king bed, a wet bar, dining area for six, and a living room with a pullout sofa.
Rooms have an atrium or downtown view, free Wi-Fi, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, an electronic door lock, an evening turndown (available upon request), and a mini-fridge (if your room doesn’t have a fridge, make your request and one will appear at no charge.)
The property has an outdoor pool (seasonal), a sundeck, a 24-hour Hyatt StayFit gym fitness room. Beautiful golf courses sprawl nearby. Onsite dining includes Roost (breakfast, lunch and dinner), Orb (Monday through Friday open 3 p.m. to midnight; weekends open from noon to midnight) and a full Starbucks. A complimentary shuttle will take you to and from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.

Valet, front desk and bar staff were all exceptional! Highly recommend this hotel and Jack & Diane's piano bar that is close by. Great location downtown. Check out Up On The Roof for a wonderful view of downtown.
We stay here almost every weekend for the last 3 fall to winter seasons and have always been pleased above expectations.. Rachel. Lindsey, Meagen and Jack at the front are more than courtesy, kind and hospitable. Then we enjoy Murat, Lisa, and Jessica serving drinks and food while we enjoy watching the games on tv.. wonderful place
