Located in Mexico City’s Polanco District, this hotel overlooks Chapultepec Park and is steps away from shopping and other cultural opportunities. The 755 guestrooms and suites feature one king or two twin beds, a coffee maker, bottled water and a flat screen television. Cribs are available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel so there is never a reason to not be connected to work, home to school while traveling. Kids will love to take a dip and play in the heated indoor pool and the outdoor sundeck is a perfect to enjoy the sun. The pool is located on the third floor and is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Several restaurant options are available here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and all are delicious. The fitness center and tennis courts are a nice place for those who are seeking a workout. Babysitting and laundry services are available.

The Hyatt Regency is an excellent place from which to explore Mexico City. The service; location; cleanliness; and safety are all important reasons to stay there. We were lucky to stay there during the Day of the Dead, and enjoyed the face painting that the hotel provided for this celebration.
Great hotel but with excellent services. Good choice to spoil you but probably a bit expensive the extra services such transfers to airport and around the city. I would especially recommend it for leisure and short business trip
