Location was brilliant and the hotel was clean and comfortable. With a young family it would have been nice to have a little map of family restaurants in the area, but couldn't beat the friendly staff that went out of there way to help.
I stayed in this Hyatt as the Convention I attended was held here. The carpet in my room was dirty, the sink bowl cracked, and the service varied from serviceable to poor. There are wonderful hotels in DC, as there are wonderful Hyatt Hotels elsewhere, but this one is awful.
