Fire sprinklers drench my wife. They leave her in the hallway with just a towel on!

by 1CubbiesFan

My wife is staying there and the fire sprinklers went off in her room for no reason. Then when she is in the hallway in only a towel you have all of these male employees walking past her looking at her not offering anything until a made finally walks buy and gets her more towels to at least cover herself some more!!! This is shockingly ridiculous!!! So here’s an update!! You acknowledge to my wife that I left an unfavorable review but still don’t try and make it right or acknowledge leaving here in the hall half naked with your male employees eyeballing her??? This is a joke right???

Good hotel but aging

by travelfromIdaho

Cant beat the location. Its 5-10 minutes from the hill and numerous government buildings. Monuments are close too. Places to eat and shop close by. Cant beat the location. The lobby ams restaurant are clean and modern, along with meeting rooms and the 11th floor. However, my room in the north tower was dated. It was comfortable and the bed was very nice. However, the heater/AC fan was noisier than most and the room waa a little dated. The toilet leaked and gathered some water on the floor in front of the tub. Not that my stay was bad and the location made up for other issues. I was also impressed with the shop that sold snacks, quality coffee and some breakfast items and pastries. Better than most hotels for that. The gym was good with lots of equipment. I was impressed but that. The stay worked fine and staff were great, just those issues I listed.
