good location and service

we stayed here for 3 nights. It is 1/2 block off the Sea Point promenade, so great for walking. The room was very nice, with a fully functional kitchen (you will need to get help to figure out how to use the oven), sitting area and sleeping area. The sitting and sleeping areas are all one room. The help was very nice. They run a shuttle to the Waterfront and to City Center. It was raining and the shuttle driver gave us an umbrella. Overall, no complaints and a good experience.

Few updates will go far

Great place and well situated in Seapoint. A Few updates, like replacing all the Broken and lifting tiles in the bathroom will make a big difference. The deck is under construction and when complete will be amazing with great views all around
