Stay clear!

Staff were inattentive and rude often on their mobile phones. When coming back found no one at reception twice. Found that their luggage area is to the back - no cctv, no lock up. Found our bags had been rummaged through when we went to pick them up, my bag has a broken zip so I make sure it was on the other side - found it in the wrong place. We now have found out we have an electrical missing. To coincidental. We have a check list for packing it was in the bag when we packed.

Rooms are cold, but clean. Very very basic. 1 chair, 1 night table, no shelves, 4 hangers in tiny built in wardrobe, safe is tiny with key use (glad we did not use it). Bathroom was grimy, tinniest bathroom ever seen with a mini bath.

On retrieving our bags from the insecure area we could have just taken anyone bags - we were never challenged by reception that did not know us.

Also pillows were to big for the cases.
Very noisy area - did not get much sleep from noise at the front or a rest as there is a school to the back of the accommodation. Personally I would describe this place as a hostel not a hotel.

Bamba experience booked this accommodation without giving us any details regarding it - we would not have stayed their otherwise.
