We originally visited the Jamaica Inn back in September 1999 on our honeymoon! It was so amazing, we contemplated whether we should come back should it not be the same! It was actually better! We have traveled to the Lesser Antilles, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Bahamas ,etc. and this by far is the most romantic and favorite of all of our travels! I'm not sure where to start! First, the staff is very attentive to your every need! We were greeted by Kyle(GM) when we arrived and later by Eric(owner)! When we walked onto the property, we knew we would not be disappointed! Our room was a premier verandah suite. I'd highly recommend this room as its on the West end of the property and all rooms have very large balconies/porches that are on the water. Beautiful sunsets, feeding tropical fish and ultimate privacy! Most mornings, we enjoyed breakfast on our porch/balcony. As far as the beach, it is very large and on most days very quite! It's amazing that such a large beach can be so quiet and private. The beach bar is very old school and so Jamaica. We were so excited to see Teddy arrive mid stay! He has over 50 years service at the Inn as bartender, etc.! He was there when we stayed back in 99. The food.....amazing. Snapper, steamed fish, aki, vegetables, etc.. The wine selection is also extensive. When we were at the Inn in 1999, there was no spa. We decided to try it this time. The view can not get any better! Always a breeze under the Almond trees. Also, they don't try and sell you anything afterwards like a lot of resorts and cruises. Pure relaxation! One of our biggest highlights was swimming around the peninsula of the White Suite with our new friends we met (who were staying in the White Suite) and watching the sunset! We were fortunate to see just how amazing the view from that suite is (the pool, ladder to the ocean and view from the tip). Its $$$ but was quite spectacular. The snorkeling around the peninsula was so convenient and beautiful. Patrice is one we really loved. She was so attentive and funny! Palmer at the beach bar also stood out. Best Planters punches ever! I could go on and on but I can assure you, it will not be 20 years before I come back again. We did all inclusive and this is the way to go. No worries mon! Now if you don't drink much, maybe just do meal plan.
You pay a little more but you get a lot more! Luxury, relastionsation and simplicity! Please don't change a thing guys! Cheers!

Absolutley fabulous, food, service, accomodation and facilities are first class and so nice not having a TV in the room.
We felt better after one night there than I have felt after 1+ week elsewhere.
We will be back in November.
Thank you to everyone for making us feel so at home.
