Reviews

Very accomodating, particularly to handicapped

by Bonnie K

We have stayed at this hotel for rhe past few years on the Yom Kippur holiday. There are two sabbath elevators that are quite small and difficult to accomodate the guests who all want to return to their rooms after services. We requested a lower floor room (with an extra charge) and they gave us one next to the elevator, I was easily able to get from services to my room. Kudos to Danny who has always been gracious and helpful.

OK for a group stopover

by MelWisc

We stayed here as part of a large group. The location is convenient and breakfast offers a wide selection of food. Our room 511 was very worn, with all kinds of scuff marks and scrapes on everything, Curtains are wrinkled and the balcony and windows are very dirty. There is a large bubble in the drywall where the shower probably had leaked. The bathroom grout and joints are very dirty and the sink drain takes 10 minutes to drain. Our sheets and the countertops are clean and seem fairly new. We felt safe and prepared to continue on our trip, but would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a leisurely stay. They clearly cater to large groups, an important niche. Our room is not soundproof and traffic is very loud at all hours of the night. So loud I checked several times to see if our sliding glass door is open, it is not.
