Overview

A family-owned double-decker budget motel on the northern end of North Conway, Junge’s is a throwback to a 1950s’-era auto motel. You won’t find a lot of frills here-rooms are basic, with dated furnishings and unmemorable art. The accommodations, however, are clean and well-maintained, and the innkeepers friendly and helpful, with plenty of advice for planning your White Mountains vacation.

The biggest selling point are the grounds-35 acres full of space sloping downhill to the Saco River, with a large pool and plenty of games and activities to keep the kids occupied, including badminton, croquet, basketball, horseshoes, and game room with pool and ping pong. The motel is located outside of the main commercial district, giving it a quieter feel, with close proximity to Story Land, Mount Cranmore, and the highway leading up to Mount Washington and the White Mountains.

Perfect budget friendly Motel !!!

by twburkenh

Clean rooms, has a fridge, black out blinds for a good sleep !!! My wife and I have stayed here twice and no complaints about anything. We asked for extra things and they happily helped us out...The staff is so friendly. Very reasonable rates !!! Recommended !!!

Minimal facilities and plastic sheets

by Kim W

Minimal facilities - no tea/coffee facilities, only toiletry is bar soap, fridge not plugged in, very shabby and it may be your last chance to see a CRT TV...

To be fair, it was warm, and they lent us a kettle in the morning.

The worst thing was the bed - ancient, springy and super sweaty due to the mattress being covered in thick shiny plastic, yuk.
