There’s almost too much to love about this Marriott property to list. For starters, you’re right in the most beautiful area of Cusco, a quick walk to the Plaza de Armas and tons of restaurants and shopping. There are US electrical outlets so you won’t need converters to charge things, and the staff are exceedingly helpful with arranging everything from local tours to onward travel to Machu Picchu and beyond.
Kids love the make-your-own-S’mores nights in the pretty colonial courtyard, offered several times a week. And the hotel even does meet and greets with a local and her pet llama, another delight for the children. Rollaway beds and cribs can be arranged. In short, you won’t miss anything from home.

This is a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. Everything was extraordinary. The staff are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Many of the staff speak excellent English and are very attentive. The food at the bar is not your ordinary bar fare. It is exceptionally delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the guacamole with plantain chips and sweet potato chips. The steak kabobs and classic ceviche were amazing. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. Our family loved greeting Panchita the alpaca and Juanito the baby lamb in the courtyard. In the afternoon, they offer a cart with treats near the entrance of the hotel. I highly recommend the creamy tomato soup with bruschetta & olive tapenade and cheese empanadas. My daughter especially enjoyed the chocolate layer cake. The concierges are the best and respond almost immediately to emails. We appreciated our tour guide, Carlos, very much. Highly recommend this excellent hotel.
The people of Peru are known for the hospitality and the staff from this lovely hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant in the hotel is beautiful and the food is exquisite. Loved the thoughfulness of staff. Always knew our names and greeted us and thanked us for being there. Loved having an alpaca brought to the hotel daily. The lady who was in charge of the Alpaca was so sweet and thoughtful. Love the people here.
