Checked in on Saturday before mother's day. Went straight to the pool and lazy river, which was amazing!!!
My room was 24006, high floor and a city view. The room at first seemed pretty clean but when looking in detail: that carpet hasn't been shampooed in a long time, one towel was dirty (prolly stained from someone wiping down the floor), the bed cover had a few questionable hairs on it, the coffee maker was missing. We realized it was missing the next morning and when we called the operator they said it would take at least an hour to bring one to the room, and that room service was extremely busy.
The restaurant at the lobby was very good, the server who took care of us did an amazing job. He is from Costa Rica I cannot recall his name.
For having chosen a top of the line hotel I feel like we got very poor service.
The facilities overall were very clean and the staff seemed nice otherwise.
I won't be coming back to this JW I know that...
We’ve stayed at this JW Marriott on a few different occasions, and it’s by far one of our favorite places to visit. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the grounds of the hotel are gorgeous. Our favorite part of our stay is always the pool. We spend hours floating around the lazy river and enjoy ordering lunch and drinks poolside. You definitely feel like you’re on vacation when you’re here, and we can’t wait to come back!
