Not sure how they earned their third star.

This hotel has no elevator and no one working there most of the time who looks like they could assist with a heavy bag. Not much floor space left over once the double bed is in the room, and "suites" are just slightly larger rooms with bathtubs and fridges encroaching on the modest space there is to spare. We had the mild misfortune of having our visit coincide with a school dance, so Friday evening was noisy until 10. Desk staff very pleasant. Breakfast routinely accompanied by a TV blaring some inane morning show.

Not quite three stars hotel

Best thing of this hotel is the location. Right in the middle of everything.
Staff poorly trained and clumsy. They forgot to clean our room and forgot to wake us up.
No swimming pool as advertised, no room service, & very limited breakfast.
