La Casa De Manuelita is situated in the historical district of Puno, minutes from the shores of Lake Titicaca. It's fine for a night but dreadful breakfast

We booked the room with the Lake View. The room was nice and spacious, comfy bed. Shower had hot water. The staff were nice and we could store our bags for a night when we did a trip.
We were on the top floor with no lift so just be aware of this when booking.

The breakfast was AWFUL!!!! Worst we had in all of Peru both mornings and the lady working was very grumpy and miserable. We had stale bread as they ran out of the one fruit they had on offer very early on. The juice was so awful we couldn't finish it.

Our room was like a hotel and it was very clean. The shower was warm and I had the best sleep here. Manuelita is like the nicest aunt you can imagine, she cares about your well-being.
