Nice stay

I spent one night here before traveling to Colca Canyon the next day. If you are having your tour company pick you up form the hotel, sure they know it is La Plaza Arequipa *Boutique*. The front desk was very gracious and kind. Breakfast was excellent compared to the other places I stayed on this trip. The only negative was that the soundproofing outside of the room was not great. I could hear a lot from the hallway such as people opening and closing their doors, talking, etc.. As I woke up early for my tour, this was not a problem for me.

Great location, clean and comfortable

The hotel is excellently situated on the main plaza, with a balcony overlooking the plaza. The room was great, clean en suite and big comfortable double bed - I’d recommend. Note I was originally allocated a room without a proper window, but they happily changed my room.
