No hot water

Hi stay was nice and cozy but lights had rust on them abd the facilities had a musky smell. Went to take a shower and to my dismay no hot water. Let them know and they said they will let maintenance know. Next day still no hot water. Please fix this problem it could affect the people staying there.

Could not check in early. Member since 1983. Food is terrible and not taken care of dining area. Need to refund my points. Did not give me enough credit/points for bringing in more guests. REFUND MY POINTS.
