Excellent place for families

by Michelle L

We are are currently loving our two bedroom suite. We are a family of 7 and we have plenty of room. The suite has everything we need and the kids love it. WiFi works great. The beds are comfortable. We checked in on Tuesday at 5:30 and everything went smoothly. This is our first Disney World trip. The drive has been very easy to all the parks from the hotel. No problem with parking when we come back. We feel safe getting back late. The kids are so excited to go swimming in the Pirate pool. Love this place so far and we will stay here again.

A tip to save time !

Arrived yesterday and went to reception to get booked in
We have stayed here before and coming again in October !
Once we got our room allocated we were then told to go to the ticket desk to get the wifi password
So went to the ticket desk ..... there wax a queue.... i then thought why did the guy who booked us in not just give us the password?
Went back to the reception desk and waited again! Finally spoke to the guy who booked us in..... I asked why he sent us to the ticket desk to get the password? He said anyone who books in must go to the ticket desk ?? It then clicked! they want to sell you theme park tickets !
We were not interested in theme park tickets!
So insist the reception desk give you the wifi password......
What a waste of time especially when you have traveled so far
Another tip... we unplug the phone in the room as they call you early in the morning asking if you want to buy tickets!
The actual resort we really like... location is fab.... we are in block 5 over looking the pool.... its clean and spacious.... enjoy !
