Amazing experience

The hotel is amazing room is very clean and good furniture location is excellent near the bus and metro station .. which more important is the staff is very kind and professional,, specially ms Dorin i have to thanks her specially for her kindness professional and helpful respectful where she try to help as much as she can and always find solutions for any things

London visit

From our arrival until our departure we felt welcome and appreciated. This is an outstanding hotel. The staff tried to anticipate our every need. Our room had a wonderful view of London. Stunning to watch the lights at night.The linens and beds were very comfortable. Sparking bathroom, with easy to use shower. Best of all --it is quiet. Located in easy walking distance to Hyde Park. Enjoy the nearby Italian Gardens. Bus stop around the corner and near the Lancaster Gate Tube- Also close to Paddington Station.. We did enjoy food and drinks in the bar next to the Thai Restaurant. Highly recommend as a 1st time visitor to London. Thank you to wonderful staff from a grateful guest.
